luxury lakefront: 151 house

The challenge was to create a one-of-a-kind modern-luxury lakefront house, for a memorable vacation rental and destination. This space includes 5 oversized bedrooms, each sporting spa bathroom, 2 high-end kitchens, a glassed-in breakfast pavilion, 2 living rooms and other areas for lounging and relaxation. The outdoors was heavily considered in this design, with features such as, contemporary full wall windows, a second story balcony overlooking the deck and infinity pool, a lounge with accordion doors opening to the deck, and an overall breath-taking view from each window throughout. The 151 House truly showcases Lake Oconee in Eatonton, GA, and was a pleasure to work on in collaboration with “makeÜP design operation”.
